      Heritage Journeys for international adoptees and their families. 
      Opportunities to visit people and places important to you and your family like orphanages, birth hospitals, places of finding, foster families, caregivers, and birth family–all in a supportive environment. Ties programs include signature Connect & Chat for adoptees and Talk Times for parents.  These informal gatherings are optional and give travelers a chance to reflect on the journey as it unfolds. Programs are led by a team of adoption specialists.

      Also associated with The Ties Program....

      Gift of Identity provides grants of up to $3000 to international adoptees visiting their birth country via The Ties Program. 
      Applications are typically due approximately one yea prior to travel, so it is important to look into this early. ​
