What is camp Mujigae?

Camp Mujigae Is A Volunteer-Run Korean Culture Camp Comprised Of Dedicated Parents, Adoptees, And Friends Of The Adoption  Community.

We have grown to serve as many as 300 children annually from infants to young adults.  Camp now runs for: 4 days for Seniors (Campers entering 6th grade and up), Explorers (grades 3rd-5th), Discovery (entering  kindergarten through 2nd), and Rising Stars Group (infants to 5 year olds). 

Korean culture classes are taught by volunteers of Korean Presbyterian Church, Korean Catholic Church of Albany, Pai's Tae Kwon Do, and students traveling from the Sookmyung University in Seoul, South Korea. Activities include: crafts, cooking class, folktale, Modern history, drumming, Manner and Culture, Music and Dance, Tae Kwon Do, K-Pop dance, and more.

Camp is organized by volunteers and led by the Camp Mujigae Board of Directors and Camp Committee.  Camp Mujigae is a  not-for-profit corporation with tax exempt status.
